An ancient training system called “ad alberello” and a special vineyard where the plants are on average 50 years old. A living heritage that We have to protect and enhance. This is where Acinorè comes from, our best expression of Primitivo.

CHARACTERISTICS
| Vinification | Grapes are hand-harvested, then destemming and pressing. The maceration period lasts 15 days, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C |
