
Acinorè
A very old vine training system called «alberello» (little tree=bush vine) and a special vineyard where the plants are about 50 years old. An alive heritage that we protect and enhance. This is where Acinorè (=king of the grapes) comes from, our best expression of Primitivo.

CHARACTERISTICS
Vinification | The harvest is completely done by hand. The grapes are destemmed and and punched down. The maceration last for 15 days, followed by the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-26°c°c |
