CHARACTERISTICS

Vinification Grapes are hand-harvested, then destemming and pressing. The maceration period lasts 15 days, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C
Ageing In French oak barrels for 6 months
Colour Ruby red colour with purple hues
Nose intense and complex bouquet with fruity notes of prune and blueberry jam, pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla
Taste Intense on the palate, full-bodied and soft with a long aftertaste
Best served with Savoury first courses, red meats and game
